Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of PI900 websites, software, technology services and related professional services unless a separate written agreement, order form, statement of work or contract applies.
1. Services
PI900 provides technology-related products and services that may include artificial intelligence systems, software development, mobile applications, websites, automation, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, consulting, hosting, maintenance and other related services.
2. Project Agreements
Custom projects may be governed by a proposal, estimate, order form, statement of work, invoice or separate agreement that describes the scope, schedule, deliverables, fees and payment requirements.
If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
3. Fees and Payment
Customers agree to pay applicable fees according to the accepted proposal, invoice, subscription, order or agreement. Projects may require deposits, milestone payments, recurring charges or advance payment before work begins or continues.
Taxes, transaction charges or third-party service costs may be additional where applicable and disclosed.
4. Subscriptions and Recurring Services
Certain services may renew automatically on a monthly, annual or other recurring basis when disclosed at purchase or in the applicable agreement.
Customers may request cancellation of future recurring service periods by contacting PI900 at support@pi900.com, subject to any notice period or minimum term stated in the applicable agreement.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, credentials, approvals, access to systems and other materials reasonably necessary for PI900 to perform contracted work.
Customers may not use PI900 products or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of custom deliverables is determined by the applicable proposal, statement of work or contract and may be conditioned on full payment.
PI900 retains ownership of its pre-existing technology, development methods, frameworks, reusable components, tools, know-how and other materials that were not specifically transferred in writing.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, cloud providers, app stores, payment processors, telecommunications providers, artificial intelligence providers and other external services. PI900 does not control the availability, pricing, policies or independent operation of those third parties.
8. Confidentiality
Where confidential information is exchanged in connection with a project, each party is expected to use reasonable measures to protect information identified as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.
9. Warranties
PI900 will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform agreed services professionally. Except for express commitments contained in a written agreement, services are provided to the maximum extent permitted by law without additional implied warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PI900 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
Any additional limitations, warranties or remedies contained in a signed project agreement will apply to that project.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable project agreement and the PI900 Refund / Cancellation Policy available at /refund-policy.
